Credit purchases
Credits purchased through Sphera AI Games are non-refundable once they have been applied to your account. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction.
Subscription plans
Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Requesting a refund
To request a refund or report a billing issue, email us at support@sphera.games with your account username and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 7 days.
